Adopted my gorgeous Minuet named Yuki (previously Divina) from Serac's in July. Amanda was great through the whole process, was very communicative and made sure she was super well taken care of and healthy when I adopted her. Sent her home with plenty of toys and treats/carrier. You can tell she cares for the kittens and makes sure they're going to angood home. Yuki has been a delight since adopting her, healthy as can be and gets along great with my mainecoon. They're absolutely best friends despite her being a quarter of his size. She lacks no confidence and can do anything a larger cat can do.

Your home is welcoming, extremely clean. Your animals are clean and healthy. They are so well socialized by the time they come to their new home that they are ready to go and meet whatever is ahead of them and just get to focus on being part of the family. Your kittens are so well adjusted calm and kind and precious and loved, and it shows in how they treat other animals, as well as other people they trust for human beings is amazing their trust around other animals that they may have to live with will be very easy-going and their temperament as second to none.

They are truly move-in ready animals and they have the best possible love and start in life and they are confident and sweet and loving because that’s all they know and that comes from your dear heart and your family and we love you and you’re a part of our family.

Amanda is the best! We got both of our Sphynx boys from her, and our experience the second time around was just as enjoyable as the first—except now we get to enjoy double the love. 🤎

Our boys acclimated so well to each other, and our newest addition fit right in with our dog too! Both of our boys are sweet, social, loving, and have such great personalities, which says so much about the care Amanda puts into raising her kittens.

We’ve had such a wonderful experience with her both times and couldn’t be happier. If we ever decide we need a third Sphynx running around the house, we already know exactly who we’re calling.

~ Rhea G.    August 2026

I was very nervous about getting a cat for my daughter as I’ve only ever owned dogs. (Most of our family is allergic to cats. This has not been an issue.) Amanda taught us so much about Sphynx and helped us find a great match. She cares about her kitties and the homes they go to. It was a seamless transition to bring him home. She sent us off with everything we needed. She responds quickly to any questions and often inquires about how we are doing. Our Kitty Melog is a dream! He loves everyone and is so curious! Everywhere we take him people just loving meeting him. I can’t express how much this new family member means to my daughter!! Thank you, Amanda!

~Vicki N.  August 2026

Thrice adopter! We have now completed our cat family (maybe?!). We recently got our Jasper from Amanda and her cattery. Again it has been such a pleasure to work with Amanda along with her follow ups which really show she cares about her cats and their adopters. I would highly recommend anyone looking to adopt a cat to check her cattery out.

~ Carrie L.    August 2026

I am beyond happy with our Sphynx that we got from Amanda. Not only did she keep us posted about the entire adoption process, she sent us with everything we needed to bring her home and continues to follow up and check in. Our cat is perfectly happy and healthy and we just love her so much. We are already back on the wait list to get Zella a friend.

~ Dayna O.    August 2026

We had an outstanding experience with Amanda and her cattery. She is very thoughtful and responsible with her breeding practices, communicated openly and frequently and gave us all the information and support to make the transition of our kitten from her home to ours.

She sets clear expectations, is transparent with pricing and goes above and beyond providing new supplies including, food, toys, nail clippers, wipes, paperwork and even a month of paid kitten insurance. She has been very responsive when we’ve had questions about the health of our kitten and has checked in periodically since the adoption.

We could not be happier with our now 6 month old sphynx who is healthy, happy and so loving!

~ Juliana B.    August 2026

I couldn't be happier with my experience, Amanda was very responsive and worked with me every step of the way. My little Ramses (formerly Axel) is so friendly and open, and loves to travel with me everywhere I go. If I get another sphynx Sarec's is the only place I'd go.

~ Jonathan N.    August 2026

We couldn’t be happier with our experience at Sarec’s. And, with our lovely Minuet kitten! Amanda’s care and thoroughness in vetting us and finding out about our needs gave us so much confidence in her, and in the process. She’s been so thoughtful and so helpful every step of the way. Can’t recommend Sarec’s Cattery highly enough!

~ Anne S.    August 2026

I appreciated how open and visible the entire process was. There were no surprises, I knew exactly what to expect, and Sarec's Cattery has continued to be a dependable and knowledgeable resource beyond adoption day.

~ Jody B.    August 2026

Such a great experience with a super ethical breeder. Amanda provides excellent care for these amazing cats and makes sure you have all of the information you need to be a fantastic cat owner. This is our second time with Amanda and we couldn’t be happier.

~ Amanda D.    June 2026

We loved working with Amanda at Sarec’s Cattery! She is knowledgeable, truly cares about the breeds she has and takes excellent care of all her cats. From the moment we reached out to discuss adopting a kitten, I knew we were in the right place. We’ve never owned a Maine Coon before and she gave us a ton of information, recommendations, a starter kit for our kitty, sent us photos of him before we could take him home and has answered all of the 1,368 questions I’ve sent her (and continue to send her). We love her and our new, handsome boy.

~ Melanie S.    June 2026

A day came where I decided I wanted to finally own a Sphynx cat. After searching many sites, some good and some bad, some that were even trying to scam, I finally landed on Sarecs Cattery. Everything on the website looked original and had many open lines of communication. That's what solidified my choice in this cattery. After joining the waitlist and waiting, I finally was able to get Alice; she is such an adorable cat. Not to mention, Amanda being so thorough on the process and was fast with communication. All in all, I am glad I chose this cattery because now I have a new companion I cherish every day.

~ Leonardo P.    May 2026

Sarec’s Cattery made looking for our newest family member a breeze! We got our Maine Coon kitten from them and Amanda was absolutely amazing!! What I really appreciated was the time she took to answer all of my texts and questions, and would send picture updates. She went above and beyond when we arrived to pick up our girl Freyja, she went over all of the paper work, explained the best ways for grooming, litter and food recommendations, she even took the time to teach me how to safely trim my kittens nails 🙂 we will definitely be going back to Sarec’s when we’re ready to add to the family again ❤️❤️❤️

~ Sage K.    February 2026

My partner Jessica and I have been looking to adopt a Sphynx cat for some time and were very pleased to discover Sarec’s Cuttery breeders located a short distance from our home in Minneapolis. After reaching out, Amanda eventually informed us of a litter of Sphynx kittens available for adoption. Since we were new to all of this, we asked if we could come see the litter. She welcomed us to her home with open arms and spent quality time with us explaining the adoption process and of course, showing us the small joy we did eventually adopted. We had to wait two excruciating weeks before our kitten was old enough to be brought home. During this time, she continued to keep us informed on his progress and was extremely flexible when it finally came time to arrange for me to pick up our kitten which we named Tutankhamun (Tut). When I arrived on adoption day, Ananda sat me down and took her time explaining all I needed to know about our new kittens care advice. This included feeding, litter box options, grooming, health and even fashion options for our naked sweetheart. Next were the add ons which included a sample of kitten food, grooming tools and solutions, toys (including a laser light which is Tuts fav) and even my choice of a travel outfit for our short road trip home. She also had a complete file with Tuts healthcare already performed including microchip certificate, all his vaccines, a 30 day healthcare insurance policy and detailed advice on future veterinary care. Did I mention the small cat hotel which she also included! After we arrived home, Amanda stayed in contact with us to remind us to take Tut in for his vet kitten check up and to ask how he was adjusting with his eating, litter box use and even how well he was getting along with our 3 year old Boarder Terrier. All in all this has been a very stress free adaption and a kitten which is healthy, curious, loving and we can’t believe how smart he is! He already knows his name and is going potty on demand! We highly recommend Amanda and her breeding business and we really look forward to continuing our relationship with her since she has also offered to help to cat sit for Tut while we are away from home. What a great extra for living so close! We have also told Amanda to give our info out to anyone who would like to talk to use first hand concerning the legitimacy of her business and the quality of her kittens.

~ Larry D.    February 2026

We have two lovely kitties from Sarec’s! Both came to us healthy, happy and ready for life with a new family. Amanda was so communicative throughout. And while we’re all stocked up on kitties for now, I would absolutely go back for more if I could!

~ Meryl B.    February 2026

We had such a wonderful experience buying a sweet cat Dexter from here! I really appreciated the pictures and updates up to our “got you day” and even after bringing him home I know if we ever have questions she is there to help!

~ Heather D.    February 2026

I recently purchased a kitten from the last of the Kinkalow (Munchkin/American Curl) litter and ended up bringing two cats home as I also adopted a retired Kinkalow. With the more sensitive nature of these cats Amanda was very upfront that they would take some times to acclimate, however it did not take long for all for head boops, all the purrs, and so many biscuits. The adoption process itself was top notch. Amanda had a wonderful care package and more knowledge than I knew what to do with. I fully intend on adopting another wonderful kitten from Amanda when the time is right. Even after the adoption process we have kept in touch sharing photos and stories of my little cling ons. I am very pleased with the whole process.

~ Carrie L.    February 2026

I can’t say enough wonderful things about Amanda and her cattery. From start to finish, the entire experience was absolutely exceptional. Amanda clearly has a true passion for what she does, and it shows in the incredible quality of her cats. They are not only beautiful and well-bred, but also healthy, well-socialized, and clearly raised with so much love and care. Her coordination throughout the process was seamless. Every step was organized, transparent, and handled professionally. What truly sets Amanda apart is her communication. She is responsive, patient, and genuinely invested in matching her kittens with the right homes. She took the time to answer all of my questions thoroughly and provided updates that made the wait exciting rather than stressful. If you’re looking for a breeder who prioritizes quality, integrity, and care, Amanda and her cattery are simply outstanding. I would highly recommend her to anyone looking to welcome a wonderful new feline family member into their home!

~ Tiffany A.    February 2026

Such an easy and great experience. From my first chat with Amanda to bringing home my beautiful kitten. Even my vet said she’s practically perfect and “this is a good breeder”. I couldn’t be more pleased and excited about my new addition!!

~ Mariah D.    February 2026

Absolute 10 out of 10 experience!

I was extremely impressed with the level of medical surveillance of the breeding stock.

Just as important was the emphasis not only on is the kitten right for you, but also making sure you are right for the kitten!

These kitties are thoroughly socialized. When we brought our Fitzgerald (or Mr Fitzer) home, he literally immediately settled in and never seemed to be frightened or missing his litter mates. He just followed us around everywhere and joined the family. Amanda is spectacular at what she does and truly loves the kittens she raises. She has followed up several times to be sure all is well. You don’t see this anywhere else!

~ Tage B.    February 2026

I can’t recommend working with Amanda more! My family and I purchased a Maine Coon kitten from Amanda. From the moment I reached out until now, every interaction has been incredibly positive. Amanda’s communication is top notch- when I first reached out, she responded within just a few hours and happened to have availability that same evening for a lengthy phone call. Our process was quite quick (we were fortunate to pick up our new fur baby the next day!). Amanda did a fantastic job of answering all our questions before, during, and after the pickup process. She checked in periodically the first few weeks to see how things were going - which just goes to show how much she truly cares about the kittens she is helping to find their forever home, and the families she places them with. She was open to share veterinary records and health records, which was incredibly important to my family.

Our kitten (Gretzky, for the great one!) is such a confident, healthy, and well-adjusted kitten. His mannerisms are exactly as you would want them to be. Training-wise, since he has come home with us he has had zero potty accidents. He knows how and when to use his claws and teeth, and has not had any issues whatsoever with scratching or biting things or people he should not.

I am more than happy to be contacted for any questions anyone has about working with Amanda, but I cannot recommend her enough and think she does a fantastic job raising healthy, well-rounded kittens and finding the perfect homes for them.

~ Samantha A.    February 2026

Amanda is an amazing breeder. I adopted my sphynx July of 2025. He turns 1 in April🥲 She was extremely informative about the breed and was prompt with communication. The kittens get all their vet visits and shots before they come home. She kept up with us to make sure my baby was settling in and well. The home package was so generous and helpful. The whole process was so smooth.

I'm so grateful I found Sarec's Cattery. We recommend Amanda for anyone whose looking into the breed in general, she was so open to share about the reality and love of labor it takes. Thank you Amanda for the little addition to our family, we are forever grateful🖤🖤

~ Tsuanami  Y.    February 2026

My kids have wanted a pet for a while now, and we embarked on a journey to find one, and we discovered Amanda's precious kittens. She sparked their curiosity with her patience and wisdom. The kittens were a bundle of joy, and she matched us with the purrrrrfect little companion! He is a cuddly, playful wonderful addition to our home, spreading love and warmth! Thank you!

~ Angela B.    September 2025

This is Quiggley :) After looking for months for a breeder for a pure bread sphynx we came across Sarecs Cattery and to sum it up, it has been amazing from day one. Amanda TRULY cares for the animals she breeds and is thorough with her communication on what to expect. We brought Quiggley home a month ago and have not been happier. He is a corky little fella with a lot of personality. Everyone who has met him LOVES him :) Thank you Amanda for making our house a home!

~ Alysia F.    August 2025

We had the best experience with Sarecs Cattery. Amanda is amazing!! She is incredible and let us come visit multiple litters she had to make sure we found the perfect new addition to our family. She made sure we had everything we would need. We will definitely be going to her in the future when we are ready to add another baby to the family!

~ Shyanne S.    July 2025

First off Amanda is amazing! We began talking over 6 months ago when I joined the waitlist. She spent over an hour on the phone with me asking what I was looking for, about my experience, and what to expect with a Sphynx. When it was my turn to choose my new baby, Amanda let me meet all the kittens and didn’t pressure me to make a decision, which took a couple days. After I made my decision, she would send updated pictures and answer any questions I had. Amanda is an exceptional breeder, she’s professional, knowledgeable, kind, caring, and generous with her time. Even after I took my kitten home Amanda followed up to find out if I had any questions, concerns, or just to get an update on the kitten…she truly loves and cares about them. My new baby, Baldwin, is healthy, outgoing, and is of course cuddly! I will 100% be getting another kitten from Amanda in the future.

~ Rachel R.    July 2025

We got our first Sphynx, Lyle, from Sarec's Cattery last August, and were so pleased with our interactions with Amanda that we decided we were crazy enough to get another! We just came home with Lyle' younger half brother, Edgar, this week, and couldnt be happier. Amanda is ethical, knowledgable, and highly supportive. We fully recommend Sarec's Cattery to anyone looking for a Sphynx!

~ Grant H.    July 2025

The process of finding our new bambino sphynx Queenie was a breeze. Amanda is very knowledgeable and very helpful through the process. My vet has even told me that the adoption records are the best she ever read. I love how theres a Take home kitten package along with the kitten! I definitely will be getting more kittens from Sarec's Cattery.

~ Jasmine P.    July 2025

Amanda is truly the best. From start to finish, the adoption process was smooth, thoughtful, and incredibly well-organized. She clearly pours her heart into raising and placing her kittens, and it shows in every detail. She was transparent, responsive, and made sure we felt informed and supported at every step. During pick-up, Amanda provided so much helpful information about care, feeding, and what to expect, which gave us total peace of mind bringing our kitten home. Our little naked roommate (aka our new kitten) came home healthy, confident, and clearly well-loved. Amanda’s commitment does not end at adoption. She has already checked in with us just days later. It is clear she cares deeply about where her kittens go and puts just as much care into supporting their new families.

~ Rhea G.    July 2025

What an amazing experience! We were new to the breed and even new to owning a cat. When we had a question on getting ready for our kitty, Amanda was always kind to talk us through everything. After getting our little Roswell the love and support didn’t stop. Amanda has been available for questions and updates on all things Roswell. Sarec’s Cattery cares for their kittens even after they go home with their families.

~ Jamie B.    March 2025

We adopted our little Persian Hollie from Amanda at Sarec’s Cattery and fell in love with our new fur babe right away. Unfortunately, at some point she  picked up a nasty stomach parasite that the various vets we brought her to couldn't seem to get rid of. I didn’t know what to do so I reached out to Amanda for help. She immediately jumped in and offered to take her. She was relentless in her battle to get Hollie back to full health. She managed to do what the vet couldn’t. We almost lost her, but we now have our little girl back and are so grateful. She went above and far beyond what anyone would have.  Thank you Amanda and her family at Sarec’s Cattery for all you’ve done for us.

~ Rob R.    March 2025

I had an outstanding experience with Amanda at Sarec’s Cattery. They were incredibly knowledgeable, patient, and eager to answer all my questions and provide endless pictures, ensuring I felt confident and well-informed the whole time.

When I visited, I was impressed by the health and happiness of the kittens. They were well-socialized, curious, and clearly loved. Amanda provided detailed information about the kittens’ health history and the ability to see the kittens in their home with their mom. The environment where the cats are raised is immaculate and loving, which shows her commitment to the well-being of their cats. It’s clear that Amanda goes above and beyond to provide a nurturing and stimulating environment for their feline companions.

The adoption process was smooth and thorough. Amanda ensured that I was prepared for the arrival of Cleo, offering helpful advice and resources for a smooth transition.

Overall, I couldn’t be happier with my experience and my new cat. If you’re looking for a responsible and caring breeder, I wholeheartedly recommend Sarec’s Cattery. They truly set the standard for excellence in cat breeding.

~ Abby M.    August 2024

We love Amanda and this cattery so much we got another baby! Him and Gimli are already getting along great and she has been so amazing and helpful in answering all our questions about how these kitties should be getting along.

~ Abby A.    August 2024

I am so grateful I found Sarec's cattery!! Amanda has been nothing but helpful through this entire process any question I had she answered even when I got to bring my baby home. She made sure to check in even after I brought them home to make sure everything was going smooth. Amanda made it the best experience not just for me but for the kitten!

~ Niia R.    August 2024

Sarec's Cattery, Amanda took the time to listen to what we were looking for, in a new member of our family. We were kept informed of every step in pregnancy/birth, patiently waiting until our adoption day. Even after he came home, we continue to communicate with Amanda, asking random questions and she has been wonderful at answering and sharing her knownledge. Never making us feel like a dumb question. Her communication and sharing experience has made it better than expected. Would highly recommend but will say waiting is the hardest part but totally worth it.

~ Camy M.    August 2024

We’ve had Chicken Nugget and Tater Tot for about half a year now and couldn’t be happier! Immediately took to us from their first night, curling up in our hands and everything. They have been a wonderful addition to the family with perfect temperaments.

Amanda walked us through everything from prepping for their eventual arrival, answering so many questions I had, to talking us through “Kitty Upkeep” (bath time, nail trimming, etc…)

As someone who has dreamed of having a little sphinx for over a decade (and ending up with a fluffy Persian as well!) Sarec’s Cattery has been nothing but amazing and I would highly recommend anyone looking to add a furry or furless kitty into their family!

~ Andrew K.    August 2024

We would totally recommend Sarec’s Cattery. Amanda was fabulous and took such care to match us with the perfect kitten. Our munchkin, Emmett, has the most charming and self-confident personality and he is soooo soft and handsome. We are so happy with him. He adapted seamlessly into our family. We absolutely love him! Best decision ever!

~ Christy E.    August 2024

I could not recommend this cattery more.  As someone who has wanted a sphynx for many years but never owned one Sarecs made sure I knew what I was getting into and had the support and knowledge of their team when I needed it.  I have had my baby lil fluffer Felix for a couple monthes now and I could not be happier.  I am already waiting for their next litter announcement to see if I can get my baby a friend!

~ Brittany M.    April 2024

We had the best experience with Sarac’s Cattery from initial contact to today (and beyond I’m sure). Amanda helped us find the perfect Sphynx kitten for our family. We were lucky to work with them!

~ Ashley R.    April 2024

Got my kitty Marcy (previously Callie) from Sarec's Cattery this Februrary. She's the most affectionate, curious, and confident cat I've ever met. Sarah and Amanda are friendly, warm people whose business practices reflect how much they care for their cats well-being and temperament. I've been thoroughly converted to a sphynx lover and hope to have the chance to get another from Sarec's cattery in the future!

~ Madelyn M.    March 2024

Sarecs Cattery was amazing! We got our precious boy Gimli from them and have nothing but great things to say. Amanda was and has been so amazing at communicating through the entire process! This is our first sphynx and she taught us everything we needed to know. She always kept us in the loop and I’m probably bias but we got the cutest kitten ever. Thanks so much to Sarecs for giving me the best baby!

~ Abby A.    March 2024

We recently adopted our little Kreacher (Sphynx) and had a lovely experience. Not only was our kitten happy and healthy when we got him, but the communication was great! Totally recommend this group if you're looking to grow your pet family!

~ Meryl B.   March 2024

My husband & I were looking online for a kitten. I stumbled across Sarec's Cattery. We fell head over heels for 2 males, Adler & Aaron (Aaron was renamed to Aiden). I submitted a kitten adoption inquiry! Amanda responded & we set up a time for her to contact us via phone! She is AMAZING!!!!!!! I love this woman! We wanted both boys but funds for both were just not there for that. We decided on Adler because of his mask. She took away all the anxiety & went above & beyond!!!!! She sent home a carrier, interactive toy, grooming kit, treats, adorable banana bed, food  & his blanket from his mom. She showed us how to trim nails & clean ears. The only thing she didn't send with us is a litter box with litter! 6 weeks later she reached out to me & said that Aiden's adoption fell through & asked if I knew anyone. I told her yes (my husband & I). When I say above & beyond I absolutely mean it.... she let us make payments because we had already adopted Adler! I am still in contact with Amanda as we love sharing the joy the boys bring to us & their funny little quirks they do as much as she loves hearing or seeing them! Thank you SO SO much Amanda!! I would recommend Sarec's Cattery & Amanda to anyone & everyone looking for a bundle of happiness!

~ Dixie J.    February 2024

Amanda was amazing helping me through the process of adopting Alfie Bear. Alfie is a wonderful addition to our family. Could not have chose better.

~ Sally S.    September 2023

I got my baby boy Akbar (Elf Sphynx) from the lovely Amanda. She was such a wonderful person to guide me through the ins and outs of caring for a cat. I have registered Akbar to be an ESA so I can take him to college. Akbar is the cuddliest cat ever and I am so glad that I chose Sarec's Cattery. Amanda would send me pictures and updates all the time, keeping me in the loop. When I finally met Akbar, he didn't feel like a stranger. I felt like I knew him. Thank you to Amanda and Sarah for the new addition to my family. I will forever be grateful.
